Check-In Procedure

1. Payment in full is required at check-in. 2. Payment is only accepted in cash. We cannot accept credit card payments since apartments are privately owned. 3. Check-in and check-out are permitted at no extra cost generally from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Should check-in or check-out fall on any other day, holiday or time other than those indicated, tenant shall pay and extra charge of 30 euro. Check-in hours start no earlier than 2:00 pm by appointment; tenant must provide exact arrival time in advance and promptly advise if flight/train have more than one hour delay. Check-out must be no later than 12:00 pm. 4. Landlord or a representative of Best Rent will welcome Tenant as his/her arrival. Tenant shall present the voucher and his/her picture identification (he/she will also need a photocopy of passports or picture identifications of all persons who will be accompanying him/her in the flat) in order to be registered according to the Italian law.
