5. What is included in the asking price?
In our daily and weekly prices all utilities are included such as: building maintenance fees, heating, electric, gas, weekly linens, taxes and agency commissions. In some cases there is an extra daily fee for air conditioning. Upon request we also supply mobile phones with pin cards to save you from international roaming charges.
6. How can I reserve an apartment on
the Best Rent Rome portal?
You may choose an apartment from our Weekly Offers or from Last Minute, it is even possible to do a search based on number of persons, and the time period and duration. For every selected apartment you may open a detailed list with prices, availabilities, characteristics and presentation, the area and the distances from the most important monuments of the city, as well as public services. Simply choose an apartment, the period, insert total number of occupants and then follow the online instructions.
7. When will I receive confirmation of
my reservation?
With the initial reservation request, we will hold the apartment for 24 working hrs. At this point you will receive an e-mail asking you to verify this information and authorize us to charge your credit card. Best Rent Rome will also ask to confirm how you will be paying your reservation deposit (credit card or western union). Written confirmation must be received within 24 working hrs. Once we have received payment of reservation we will send via e-mail your confirmation letter. If by chance you cannot seem to book your apartment on-line, you may need to communicate with Best Rent Rome to verify the availability of the apartment. We will do our best to try to find you an equivalent alternative.
8. What modes of payment are suitable?
Our payment sequence is as follows: in order to confirm the booking we require an initial down payment (between 20 – 30% of rental cost) paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Western Union Money Transfer; the outstanding including damage deposit must be paid in cash (Euros), no checks or foreign currency, upon arrival (check-in).
9. What securities come guaranteed when
I reserve with my credit card?

11. What penalties are expected in case
of cancellation of a reservation?
The required down payment will not be returned in case of any cancellation of the booking prior to its start, even if replaced by another reservation, for any given reason and at any moment. For this reason, the Client is advised to subscribe to some form of travel insurance to cover any possible loss.
12. How does Check-in and Check-out
work with Best Rent Rome?
The Check-in and check-out procedures are included in the apartment rates based on the following times.
The following rates will be applied based on day and time:
- Free Check-in from Mon - Fri between 13:00 - 20:00 (1.00 pm and 8.00 pm), except otherwise stated;
- Free Check-out from Mon - Fri from 09:00 am- 11:00 am, except otherwise stated;Check-in / out every day, including Sat and holidays from 07:00 am - 09:00 am and from 20:00 - 23:00 (8.00 pm – 11.00 pm) € 30.00 extra;
- Check-in/out every day, including Sat and holidays from 23:00 - 07:00 (11-00 pm to 7.00 am) € 50,00 extra.
