4. What are the apartments, proposed
by Best Rent Rome, outfitted with?
All the apartments are completely furnished and equipped with
TV’s and many have DVD/VHS and CD players as well. The
beds and bathrooms are provided with linens and towels in the
sufficient number of occupants. In the kitchen you can find
all the necessary supplies for coffee or tea, and all the equipment
for cooking. Many of the apartments also include washing machines,
dishwashers, and irons with ironing boards.
5. What is included in the asking price?
In our daily and weekly prices all utilities are included such
as; condiminium fees, heating, electric, gas, house cleaning,
weekly linens, taxes and agency commissions. In some cases there
is an extra daily fee for air conditioning. Upon request we
also supply free rental cellular phones with pin cards to save
you from international roaming charges.
6. How can I reserve an apartment on
the Best Rent Rome portal?
You may choose an apartment from our Weekly Offers or from Last
Minute, it is even possible to do a search based on number of
persons, and the time period and duration. For every selected
apartment you may open a detailed list with prices, availabilities,
characteristics and presentation, the zone and the distances
between the more important monuments of the city, as well as
public services. Simply choose an apartment, and the period,
then follow the instructions that follow booking online.
7. When will I receive confirmation of
my reservation?
With the initial reservation we will hold the apartment for
48 hrs (valid for only 48 hrs). At this point you will receive
an e-mail or fax asking you to verify this information. Best
Rent Rome will also ask to confirm how you will be paying your
reservation deposit (credit card, bank transfer, or western
union). Written confirmation must be received within 48 hrs.
Once we have received payment of reservation we will send via
e-mail or fax your confirmation voucher (hold on to this as
you will need it for checking in). If by chance you cannot seem
to book your apartment on-line, you may need to communicate
with Best Rent Rome to verify the availability of the apartment.
We will do our best to try to find you an equivalent alternative.
8. What modes of payment are suitable?
Our payment sequence is as follows: at reservation we require
a deposit of 30% of total, this can be paid by credit card (Visa
or Mastercard), bank transfer, or Western Union Money Transfer;
the outstanding including damage deposit must be paid in cash
(Euros), no checks, upon arrival (check-in).
9. What securities come guaranteed when
I reserve with my credit card?
The online payment system of Best Rent Rome, is absolutely secure.
In any case it is possible to not use your credit card over
the internet. You may print your reservation request, and with
your credit card details fax or communicate directly via telephone
with one of our representatives.
10. If I don’t have the option
to reserve with a computer over the internet, what other forms
of reservation are available?
You may simply fax or call Best Rent Rome directly at our office
and communicate with one of our representatives. We can also
send information directly to your cellular phone via text messaging.
11. What penalties are expected in case
of cancellation of a reservation?
If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before intended
arrival there is no penalty. If cancellation is made between
30 and 20 days before intended arrival, 30% deposit will be
kept as penalty charges. If cancellation is made between 20
and 10 days before intended arrival, 50% of total is expected
as a penalty charge and Best Rent Rome reserves the right to
charge the remaining 20% to client. If cancellation is made
less than 10 days before intended arrival 100% of total is expected
as a penalty charge and Best Rent Rome reserves the right to
charge the remaining 70% to client.
12. How does Check-in and Check-out
work with Best Rent Rome?
Check-in and Check-out must be between the hours of 9:00am-
6:00pm, from Monday to Friday. On weekends, holidays, or diverse
hours other than those indicated there will be an extra €10
charge. Generally the apartments must be vacated by 10:00am
on the departure date, while check-in is expected after 12:00pm
on the arrival date. However it is possible to alter these schedules
according to the availability of the apartment.
